Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Dreams Engine website (dreamsengine.in), software, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Dreams Engine is currently in early access. Access is granted on an invite-only basis. By using the early access version, you acknowledge that:

• The software is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the early access program at any time without notice.
• Early access builds are for evaluation and testing purposes. They should not be used for production applications.
• Invite codes are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Dreams Engine, including all source code, assets, tools, documentation, and associated materials, is the exclusive property of Chhabra Industries Pvt. Ltd.. All rights are reserved.

You retain ownership of any original content you create using Dreams Engine (games, assets, scripts). However, you may not redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the engine itself without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the engine or its tools.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or share early access builds with unauthorized parties.
• Use the Services to develop competing products without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chhabra Industries Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution sections.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
